During your first visit, you will undergo an initial assessment with one of our clinicians. This assessment includes a comprehensive review of your history, current challenges, and treatment goals. Based on this evaluation, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
While a referral is not required, it can be helpful if you have specific medical conditions or if you are currently under the care of another healthcare provider. However, we can conduct a thorough assessment without a referral.
Please bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, and identification. If you have been referred by another healthcare provider, bring any relevant documentation.
Currently, we do not accept insurance. Payment for services is required at the time of your appointment or as outlined in your treatment plan. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards and cash.
